Land Title Agency of Arizona is an Independent Agent for Chicago Title, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National (FNF NYSE).

In our role as agent, we provide Land Title Commercial customers with all the financial resources and claims paying ability that the Chicago Title/Fidelity Family has to offer. Chicago Title, in conjunction with Fidelity National, is the largest title insurer in the world in terms of revenues, profits, market share, assets and claims paying reserves. After all, the ability to pay claims is the ultimate measure of any title insurer's financial responsibility to its policyholders. With over 150 years in the business and the highest financial rating given by Demotech (A), we at Land Title are very proud to represent Chicago Title as an agent.

While Chicago Title is our primary commercial underwriter, Land Title is also an agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Group.
