Title Work Turnaround Times

• Turnaround time for title work is first and foremost based upon the title deadline set forth in the contract - if provided. In most cases, for residential sale transactions, this is 3 days from the contract date. (Note: Internally from a production standpoint, we aim for a two day turnaround time in order to take delivery time into consideration.)
  
• Our refinance turnaround time goal is 2 days, however there may be adjustments based on market volume.
  
• Policies of Insurance of Record Title (PIRTs.) have a goal of 24 hours or less, unless the property is described by metes and bounds.
